1. How do I access my Annual Membership?

Members of the Staebl.academy sign in to their Annual memberships Account by clicking on the Members Button on the navigation area on the top right of the Home Page.

• Step 1 - Click on the Member’s Button. The Annual Member panel will appear. 

• Step 2 - You can then select from the Member Area list on the left-hand side. The areas that you can select from are as follows:

  • Main Menu - This area has all of the Design and Learning resources categorised under Design Sessions (a single 3-6 minute module) or,

  • Foundation Course (multiple learning sessions that can be viewed in succession consisting of that supply background and context to the design sessions.

• Step 3 - Click on Account (Bottom on the List).

• Step 4 - Click on Memberships. 

• Step 5 - Click on Annual member.

• Step 6 - Click on Go To Member Area (Blue writing second from the bottom on the list).
  

2. How do I review my Annual Membership?

Members can view and manage their memberships from their Customer Account. After logging in the Annual Member panel will appear. 

• Step 1 - Click on Account (Bottom on the List).

• Step 2 - Click on Memberships. 

• Step 3 - Click on Annual member.

• Step 4 - Click on Go To Member Area (Blue writing second from the bottom on the list)

You will now see the following option about your Annual Membership listed underneath the Details Heading on the left.

• Next Order - This is the renewal date of your membership.

• Price - This is the price that you will charge on the ‘Next Order’ renewal date of your membership.

• Quantity - The number of Annual Memberships that will be charged on the ‘Next Order’ renewal date of your membership.

• Frequency - This is how often you will be charged for the Membership.

• Order History - Click on the ‘>’ on the right-hand side to view your previous membership ‘Order’. Click on the ‘Order’ to view your transaction history and its particulars. 
  

3. How can I see my Annual Membership (order) history?

Members can view their memberships transaction history from their Customer Account. After logging in the Annual Member panel will appear. 

• Step 1 - Click on Account, (Bottom on the List)

• Step 2 - Click on Memberships. 

• Step 3 - Click on Annual member.

• Step 4 - Click on Go Manage Subscription (Blue writing at the bottom of the list).

You will now see the following option about your Annual Membership listed underneath the Details Heading on the left. This is on the fifth row down ‘Order History’

• Step 5 - On Order History line - Click on the ‘>’ on the right-hand side to view your previous membership ‘Order’. 

• Step 6 - on the ‘Order’ to view your transaction history and its particulars. 

Please Note:

To get a copy of this Order History you will need to take a screenshot of the page. To do this please follow this process of how to take a screenshot:

Step 1 - Press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command and 4. 

Step 2 - Drag the crosshair to select the area of the screen to capture. 

Step 3 - To move the selection, press and hold the Space bar while dragging. 

Step 4 - To cancel taking the screenshot, press the Esc (Escape) key.

4. How do I cancel my Membership?

If Staebl.academy is no longer serving your needs you can cancel your Annual Membership. To cancel your membership with a recurring membership please use the instructions below:

• Step 1 - Log into your Customer Account.

• Step 2 - Click on Account. 

• Step 3 - Click on Memberships.

• Step 4 - Click on Annual member

• Step 5 - Click Go To Manage Subscription. (Blue writing at the bottom of the list).

• Step 6 - Click Cancel Subscription, (Red writing at the bottom of the list).

A pop note will appear.

‘You are about to cancel this subscription. The merchant will be notified and you will not receive any additional orders. This action can not be undone.’

You will have two options:

Option 2:

Step 1 - If you wish to continue with the cancellation of your Annual Membership, then Click on Cancel Subscription (Red writing)

Step 2 - Click on Cancel Subscription again to confirm cancellation.

Option 2:

Step 1 -If you wish to stop with the cancellation of your Annual Membership, then Click on Never Mind (Blue writing).

5. How do I confirm if my Annual Membership has been cancelled?

If you cancel your membership you will receive an email notification from Staebl.academy sent to the original email address that you first signed up with. All subsequent payments will be automatically cancelled.

6. Will I receive a refund if I cancel my membership?

No, you will not receive a refund if you cancel your Annual Membership with Staebl.academy.

However all subsequent payments will be automatically cancelled.
